This incredible old Bank building located on 6th and Spring st. is magnificent. Quite interesting, I noticed on the ground level there is vacant space curently being used a most unique art gallery?   I forget the particular artist name but it is showcasing a gigantic meandering spider web sprawled out around the ground floor make of yarn. I interperted this art as saying that no one cares about downtown and the spider webs have become the decoration.  I know this is sad to say , but looking around I think it's time we put resources back in to beautiful downtown Los Angeles.
